The blend of the Billecart-Salmon Demi-Sec champagne is very similar to that of the Brut Réserve. With a higher dosage, it keeps the same grace and elegance as this cuvée. It emits a continuous procession of fine, uniform, and persistent bubbles in the glass and has a lovely, pale gold tint.
