At LiquorETC, we proudly present Perrier‑Jouët Belle Epoque Rosé, one of the most prestigious and artistic expressions of Champagne. First introduced in 1978, Belle Epoque Rosé is produced only in exceptional vintages, making it a rare and highly sought‑after cuvée. It is crafted from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, with a small addition of still red wine to achieve its delicate salmon‑pink hue. This Champagne is renowned for its balance of delicacy and richness, embodying the Maison’s free spirit and its connection to nature and Art Nouveau heritage.

The Chardonnay, sourced from the best crus of the Côte des Blancs, lends finesse and floral elegance. Pinot Noir adds structure, fruit intensity, and depth, while Pinot Meunier contributes roundness and harmony. The result is a Champagne that combines freshness with complexity, offering layers of fruit, florals, and subtle brioche notes. Belle Epoque Rosé is presented in the iconic bottle adorned with white Japanese anemones, designed by Emile Gallé in 1902, symbolizing the Maison’s artistry and timeless elegance.

On the nose, Belle Epoque Rosé reveals aromas of strawberry, raspberry, and peony, lifted by exotic notes of kumquat and white currant. The palate is generous and complex, with flavors of pink grapefruit, mandarin, and brioche, balanced by refreshing acidity and refined structure. The finish is long, elegant, and memorable, leaving behind impressions of fruit and floral finesse.

This Champagne is versatile in its pairings. It complements luxurious dishes such as lobster, smoked salmon, roasted pheasant, venison, or wild pork. For lighter options, it pairs beautifully with figs, lentils, lychee, and fresh shellfish. Served well‑chilled, it is perfect for celebratory occasions, offering a rare and indulgent experience that elevates any gathering.
