This estate barley is distilled only once a year, over the course of a single week, making the whisky unique and limited. Crafted under the guidance of Whisky Maker Sarah Burgess, it celebrates provenance and the deep connection between land and spirit. Bottled at 43% ABV, it is presented in a premium case featuring a slate inlay to represent the Scottish landscape.
