With more than a century of history behind it, Tottori whiskey is the product of the Matsui distillery's skill and stylistic coherence. It is produced as a tribute to the craft of making Japanese whiskey and to the Tottori province, where the distillery has been located since 1910. The pristine, clear water from Tottori's natural sources is responsible for the exceptional quality of this extremely limited artisan production. Aged three years in barrels made of toasted oak.
It has a vivid golden yellow color with a sophisticated, well-balanced aroma of wood, spices, and ripe fruit. Rich and complex, the drink has floral tones that give way to more sophisticated notes of chocolate and vanilla. ends with a lingering, slightly sweet aftertaste with a note of wood.
